The National Restaurant Association is pleased to provide you with information to get you to and from McCormick Place during NRA Show 2008.
Shuttle Bus Routes
Free bus service is provided on Show days (Saturday – Tuesday) between official NRA Show hotels. Shuttle service from hotels begins at 7:30 a.m. Be sure to check signage in the hotel lobby and at McCormick Place for exact pick-up and drop off locations.
Metra Train Schedule
Ride for free on Metra. The Metra train ticket is affixed to the cover of the transportation guide and mailed along with your Show badge. Ride the Metra Electric train between McCormick Place and downtown stations (Randolph Street, Van Buren Street, or Roosevelt Road).

Driving into Chicago for NRA Show 2008? Here are directions to get you into one of the McCormick Place parking lots from every direction.
Airport Shuttle Service
GO Airport Express offers shuttle service to and from O’Hare and Midway Airports. (Follow the Ground Transportation signs in the airport to find shuttle service. In McCormick Place the shuttle boarding location is in the South Building, Level 1, Gate 3). Service is available from McCormick Place on May 18, 19 and 20 from Noon until 6:00 p.m. Make your reservation online
to receive a $3 discount. A $2 discount coupon will be mailed along with your Show badge.
Other Transportation Options
Use public transportation to get from O’Hare or Midway Airport to McCormick Place. Use taxi or limousine service to travel between hotels and McCormick Place.
Airport Check-in at McCormick Place
Check your baggage and secure your boarding pass for your flight home. A remote skycap service will operate on Monday, May 19 and Tuesday, May 20 in the Coat/Bag check area in McCormick Place during NRA Show 2008. This service is currently available to check-in passengers who are flying out of O’Hare Airport on Air Tran, Alaska, American, Continental, Delta, JetBlue, Northwest, Ted and United Airlines on domestic flights only. The minimum window is 2 hours prior to departure time and up to 24 hours in advance.
There is a $10 per passenger service charge. Normal airline baggage constraints apply, up to two (2) bags, 50 pounds per bag weight limit.
BAGS is monitored and approved by the airlines represented, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA). All BAGS employees are trained airline agents.
