If there is one restaurant-and-hospitality industry event you can't afford to miss this year, it's the 2008 National Restaurant Association Restaurant, Hotel-Motel Show. As the industry's largest and most comprehensive event, the Show offers opportunities to explore the hottest trends – including food/beverage, green/environmental, equipment, technology and more – interact with industry leaders and celebrities, and collect information for a year's worth of stories.

New in 2008 and held in conjunction with the Show is the industry's first exclusive venue for restaurant bar and beverage alcohol service – the International Wine, Spirits & Beer Event. Online registration for credentialed members of the news media is now open. Journalists registering for NRA Show 2008 will automatically be registered for the International Wine, Spirits & Beer Event as well.
