In 2008, Ninety Nine Restaurants raised more than $200,000 for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. The company has supported many Boys and Girls Club chapters since 1997, as well as the Youth of the Year program. The program provides gift cards for food, new clothes and school supplies for students. The company also sponsors a $5,000 scholarship for outstanding youth pursing a degree in the hospitality industry. Events sponsored by Ninety Nine Restaurants have fed more than 12,000 people.
